Feeling Starstruck

For an eye look as bold as your lashes, rock this intense shadow shape with lots of contrast. The light center and dark inner + outer corners give an unconventional take on a smokey eye that is sure to amp up some wide-eyed drama.

Lay the groundwork for your bold eye by applying several coats of
Astral Volumizing Mascara. Adding mascara first can inform how far you want your eyeshadow to stretch across your lid.

Next, create the base of your eye look by blending COPAL from the Intention Eye Quad in and above your crease. The soft neutral tone is the perfect sculpting shade that lays a foundation for deeper shades. Use this color to sketch out your eye shape and add initial depth.

In thin layers, pat LAPIS onto the outer and inner corners of the eyes, leaving the center of the eyelid bare to create a light halo shape. Once the color looks strong, softly blend only the edges to diffuse. Repeat this step on the lower lash line, leaving the center bare.

Intensify the center halo by patting ROSE QUARTZ onto the middle of your mobile lid. This will add contrast and provide a light background for your lashes to pop. Softly diffuse the edges into the deep blue of LAPIS, but don't fully blend the colors together or you will lose the shape. Repeat by layering a touch of ROSE QUARTZ to the center of the bottom lashline.

To further amp up the volume, apply a few extra coats of Astral Volumizing Mascara on the top and bottom lashes. Tie the look together by dabbing on a light layer of Lux Conditioning Tint in HUSH to lips and cheeks for a soft finishing touch.

For an even more artistic twist, with your fingertip or a damp brush, pick up a bit of METEORITE from the Labyrinth Quad and press it onto the center of the eyelid, over the light halo. Mixing the shimmery and matte textures in rich hues of silvery blues adds a deep and sultry drama.
