If you’re not absolutely in love with what you purchased, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.. We can offer application tips, suggest a foundation shade, and even make exchange recommendations.
We know things don’t always work out, so we accept returns within 30 days of order delivery.
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of order delivery.
If you're not happy with the shade, formula, or performance of any item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Even if it's been opened and used. We'll repurpose your return for photography and responsibly recycle the packaging.
We accept returns for items purchased from VapourBeauty.com.
If you purchased your products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for return and exchange options.
Some items are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include samples, subscriptions, gift cards, limited editions, and individual items within a collection. Vapour reserves the right to determine return eligibility.
Return shipping is covered by the customer.
We provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. Once your return is received, we’ll deduct $5 from your refund to cover return shipping.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
We refund the amount paid for the returned item, minus shipping. Please allow up to five business days for the tefund to be reflected with your financial institution.
Exchanges are welcome.
If you’d like to exchange for an item of lesser value, we will refund the difference. If the exchange is for a product of a higher value, we will email you for payment.
- Have your order number ready.
- Click “Start A Return” below to initiate your Return. Complete the steps listed on the screen.
- You’ll have the option to print a Return label at home or show our QR code at any USPS retail location to have the label printed for you. (The QR code will be included in the Return Confirmation email.)
- Package items securely and take to any USPS drop-off location.
- Watch for email updates. We’ll keep you informed on the progress of your Return.
- We’ll deduct $5 from your refund to cover Return shipping costs.
