Returns & Exchanges

We want your Vapour products to make you look and feel your best!

If you’re not absolutely in love with what you purchased, please reach out to us at hello@vapourbeauty.com. We can offer application tips, suggest a foundation shade, and even make exchange recommendations.

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of order delivery.
If you're not happy with the shade, formula, or performance of any full-sized item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Even if it's been opened and used. We'll repurpose your return for photography and responsibly recycle the packaging.

Some items are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include samples, subscriptions, gift cards, limited editions, "final sale" items and individual items within Sets. Vapour reserves the right to determine return eligibility.

Sets and Duos have limited return options.
We are happy to process shade exchanges for items within our Sets and Duos. To return for a refund or store credit, all items in the set must be returned together.

We accept returns for items purchased from VapourBeauty.com.
If you purchased your products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for return and exchange options.

Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Returns should be sent via USPS. (Our bubble mailers and flat rate boxes are reusable!) Please be sure to keep your receipt and tracking number.

Exchanges are welcome.
Feel free to exchange for a different shade of the same product. The exchange item will ship after your return is received.


  1. Have your order number and email address ready.
  2. Click the “Start A Return” button below and submit your return.
  3. Mail a printout of the confirmation email with your return via USPS.
