Subscription Service

Vapour’s Subscription Service is the most convenient way to enjoy your favorite Vapour products and never run out. Plus you’ll receive 10% off every subscription item and complimentary shipping on any order over $75. Choose to receive your favorite products every 30, 45, 60, 75  or 90 days. We process payment and shipping at the interval you select. Easy to use and customizable, you can make changes online any time in the “Manage Subscription” section of the My Account page.

You always have complete control over your Subscription orders. Change your delivery frequency, next order date, quantity or cancel subscriptions at any time. We will remind of upcoming deliveries 10 days before they are scheduled to ship. Two days before shipping, we will alert you that we are preparing to charge your card. You can change your order up to 24 hours before it is scheduled to ship. Just click “Manage Subscription” on the My Account page to make your changes.

It’s easy. While shopping for products that are part of the Subscription Service simply select the “Subscribe and save 10%” option instead of One-time Delivery. Then choose your preferred shipping frequency: 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 days. Enter your payment and shipping information during checkout, and we’ll do the rest! You are signed up.

Once your first Subscription Service order is processed, “Manage Subscription” will appear as on option on the My Account page. Here you can see your order history, manage your future orders, items and account information. The My Account page can be accessed through clicking the “Log In” link on the top right corner of any page.

We will stay in touch about your Subscriptions by email. You will receive reminders 10 days and two days before an upcoming Subscription shipment. Additional emails regarding your Subscriptions may include order confirmations, notifications of discontinued items or subscription cancellation.

Your payment information is kept securely on file. We’ll only access your card when your Subscription order is placed and your products are queued for shipping. We will fill your Subscription Service orders according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped.

Your Subscription Service is easy to manage. Visit “Manage Subscription” located on the My Account page. You will find an order history grid. For any pending orders you will see options to Cancel or Edit in the far right-hand column. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

CANCEL

Clicking Cancel will open a dialog box confirming the Subscription product. You may choose to write about why you want to cancel Subscription Service for this product. Click “submit.”

EDIT

Clicking Edit will open a dialog box confirming the Subscription product.You may choose to change the next shipping date, selecting an alternate day from the calendar dropdown.You may choose to change the shipping frequency, i.e. from 30 days to 45 days, etc.

BILLING/SHIPPING

Above the grid there are two links. Click “Modify Shipping Details” to alter the order’s destination. Click “Modify Payment Details” to use a different payment method..
