Make changes any time.
You can change the details of your Subscriptions at any time by logging into your Vapour Account and clicking on "Manage Subscriptions" (under Account Details). From there, you can skip a shipment, adjust your shipping frequency, add or remove products, add a new payment method, etc. Please contact us at email@example.com for help in applying a new payment method to an active subscription.

We'll send an email reminder 5 days before your next Subscription order is scheduled to ship. Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe list or address book to ensure email notifications reach your inbox. Order changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment.
Subscription products are not eligible for return or exchange.
